1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using VoyagePrint ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
VoyagePrint is an online service that transforms user-uploaded photographs into illustrated travel poster art using artificial intelligence. Users can then order museum-quality prints of their designs, which are produced and shipped by our print partner Gelato.
3. User Accounts
You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information and be at least 16 years old to use the Service.
4. Credits and Payments
The Service offers one free poster generation. Additional generations require credits purchased through the Service. Credit pack purchases are non-refundable. The amount spent on credit packs is deducted as a discount from your next print order. Prices are displayed in your selected currency (EUR, USD, or CHF). Payments are processed securely via Stripe.
5. Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of the photographs you upload. By using the Service, you grant VoyagePrint a limited license to process your images for the purpose of generating poster art. AI-generated poster designs are licensed to you for personal and commercial use upon purchase of a print. You must not upload images that infringe on third-party intellectual property rights.
6. Print Orders and Delivery
Print orders are fulfilled by our partner Gelato and shipped worldwide. Delivery times vary by destination (typically 5-20 business days). For deliveries within the EU, UK, and US, all duties and taxes are included (DDP). For deliveries to Switzerland, customs and import fees may apply and are the responsibility of the buyer. Because each poster is uniquely created from your personal photos, all orders are final once production begins and cannot be cancelled. We do not accept returns for change of mind. If your poster arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect due to a production error, contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo and we will send a free replacement.
7. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. VoyagePrint is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific order in question. AI-generated results may vary and we do not guarantee specific artistic outcomes.
