Shipping rates
Shipping is free for Europe, UK, and USA. For Switzerland, a flat rate of CHF 14.90 applies. All orders are printed and shipped by our production partner from the facility closest to your destination.

Processing time
Once your payment is confirmed, your high-resolution poster is generated and sent to print within 24 hours. Production takes 3–4 business days before the order is handed to the carrier. Delivery times listed above start from the moment the order ships.
Order tracking
Every order includes tracking. Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking link. You can also check your order status anytime from your account.
Packaging
Posters are shipped rolled in a sturdy protective tube. Framed prints are shipped flat in reinforced packaging with corner protectors to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.
Returns & damaged items
Because each poster is uniquely created from your personal photos, all orders are final once production begins. We do not accept returns for change of mind or personal preference. However, if your poster arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect due to a production error, we will send a free replacement at no cost to you. Please contact us at hello@voyageprint.store within 14 days of delivery with a photo of the issue.
Customs & import duties
For orders delivered within the European Union, the United Kingdom, and the United States, all duties and taxes are included — you will not be charged any additional fees at delivery (DDP — Delivered Duty Paid). For orders to Switzerland, customs and import fees may be collected by the carrier at delivery. These fees are set by Swiss customs authorities and are beyond our control.
