We use your information to: provide and improve the Service, process your orders and payments, send order confirmations and shipping notifications, prevent fraud and abuse, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
3. Photo Processing
Photos you upload are processed by our AI system (Google Gemini) to generate poster art. Original photos and generated images are stored in our secure infrastructure (Supabase). We do not use your photos to train AI models or share them with third parties beyond what is necessary for order fulfillment.
4. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services to operate: Supabase (authentication, database, storage), Stripe (payment processing), Google Gemini (AI image generation), Gelato (print fulfillment and shipping), and Resend (transactional emails). Each service processes data in accordance with their own privacy policies.
5. Data Retention
Account data is retained as long as your account is active. Order records are kept for accounting and legal purposes. Generated images are stored for the duration of your account. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us.
